Between 01:00AM (UTC) and 02:00AM (UTC) on the 4th-October-2024, we will be performing planned maintenance on our platform to update existing configured callback URLs to support new session start and stop monitoring.
This update enables the new session callbacks (originally added on September 3) to existing configured callback URLs. Use these callbacks to monitor the state of the session usage and termination, including if the session timed out or shut down unexpectedly. See Session Monitoring - https://tokbox.com/developer/guides/session-monitoring/#monitoring-when-sessions-start-and-stop.
During this maintenance we expect minimal to no impact to tools and services affecting Session Monitoring Callback.
