Voice API: Missing callbacks for apse1, euw1 and euc1 regions for the customers using the voice transcription feature which is a part of the record action.

Identified
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Customers using the voice transcription feature which is a part of the record action will experience missing callbacks for apse1, euw1 and euc1 regions.
While our engineering team is trying to fix the issues, we suggest that customers migrate their traffic if possible to the use1, usw2 or apse2 regions so the callbacks will be sent to the same regions.
We are currently working on getting the issue fixed and will post further updates here.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
