Between 05:00 and 10:00 (UTC) on the 30th of October 2024, one of our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform affecting messages sent using a subset of Short Codes to Canada.

During this maintenance period, there may be Inbound and Outbound SMS delays and delivery receipt delays for Short Code messages in Canada.
