To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an emergency maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 29-April-2026 between 17:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in Bangladesh.

During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in Bangladesh.
