Please be advised that we have been notified by our supplier about subset of shortcodes affecting MMS traffic towards T-Mobile, USA.

Investigating

We are currently observing SMS degradation impacting delivery receipts on subset of Short Codes messages to T-Mobile numbers.

As a result of this issue, delivery receipts may be missing or delayed. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
