To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform. This will take place on 25th September 2025 between 16:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC, this may temporarily impact outbound SMS traffic, inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple Asian countries. Be assured the impact is very minimal, the traffic will be queued at our end and then sent after the restart has happened.
The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
