To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 19th August 2025 between 16:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in Saudi Arabia. The service disruption will last no longer than a few seconds.
During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in Saudi Arabia.
