Customers may have experienced issues with email delivery via the Verify v2 API between 12:40 and 12:53 UTC on 6th Feb 2026

Customers may have experienced delays in email delivery during this period, which could have caused Verify v2 requests using email as the channel to expire.

All services have since been fully restored, and email delivery is functioning normally.
