Investigating

We have been notified by our Short Code numbers supplier about SMS degradation impacting messages to Rogers Wireless & Fido.

As a result of this issue, inbound/outbound messages and delivery receipts via subset of our Short code numbers may be impacted. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
