[Voice] PSIP and SIP Trunking Services – Intermittent Service Degradation

Resolved

The PSIP and SIP Trunking services were impacted between 2025-10-24 14:15 UTC and 2025-10-24 21:05 UTC in the US East and US West regions.

During this period, customers may have experienced an intermittent increase in post-dial delay (PDD)and timeouts on calls routed through the affected regions.

We can confirm this problem has been resolved, and all services have been restored.
