Media server was in an unstable state in EU West region from 29/Sep/2025 8:39 AM UTC to 29/Sep/2025 8:40 AM UTC. Some customers may have experienced failures in Connection and Archiving during this period if they run across this server. The faulty instance was detected and removed from rotation.

All services have been restored.
