On June 26 2024, between 16:45:00 UTC to 16:46:15 UTC, we experienced a connectivity failure on the internal services within our Video API platform. Customers may have experienced errors while using Archive, Signal, and Captions features.

The connectivity has been restored and services have been functioning normally.
