Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the issue impacting messages API. Customers may have seen delayed outbound whatsapp messages and delayed whatsapp inbound media webhooks.

The list of services that were impacted between 2023-02-16 16:18 UTC and 2023-02-16 17:15 UTC are as follows:
Messages API

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform. Customers may see whatsapp messages not being delivered, callbacks and inbound media messages being delayed.
