The Voice API problem has been resolved.

The services were impacted until 21-Dec-2022 10:15 UTC.

SIP has not been impacted.

All services have been restored.

Users using the Voice API are intermittently seeing issues with inbound and outbound calls that have multiple call legs. We have identified the issue and are working to implement the fix soon. We update once the fix has been made.
