We have identified an issue affecting logins on the Jumper.ai dashboard.

Some customers may have experienced issues receiving OTPs to log in between 2026-02-01 09:38 AM UTC and 2026-02-01 13:00 UTC.

The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:
Product - Jumper.ai and Service - Login - MFA - Email OTP

A fix has been implemented, and we can confirm that customers are now able to receive OTPs to log in successfully. The issue has been successfully resolved, and service stability has been restored. As a result, no additional updates will be provided regarding this matter.
