Between September 15, 2025 09:00AM to 11:00AM UTC the Video Insights API Explorer (https://tools.vonage.com/video/insights-api) and Video Analytics at Unified API Dashboard services will be affected by planned maintenance.

We will be performing updates to our authentication systems as part of ongoing security and infrastructure improvements.

During the maintenance window access to Video Insights API Explorer and Video Analytics per a specific applicationId may be temporarily unavailable or experience degraded performance.
