Resolved

The Voice API and Duplicate Callbacks problem has been resolved.

There was no service impact for our customers. This was an internal alert on our systems.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue impacting Voice API call setup time and Duplicate Callbacks.

Customers in APAC and EU regions might encounter delays while initiating Voice API Calls and might receive Duplicate Callbacks.
