To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling an internal planned maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on the 22nd November 2024 between 09:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC, which will impact Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic and delivery receipts towards multiple networks in the below countries. The service outage will last no longer than 10 minutes.
Bangladesh Hong Kong India Indonesia Japan Malaysia Myanmar Pakistan Philippines Taiwan Thailand
During this maintenance period, there may be delays in delivering messages to subscribers of multiple networks in the above countries.
