Service Issue with Video API in China Data Center

Between 2023-01-17 20:10:00 UTC until 2023-01-18 19:55:00 UTC, there was an issue on our Video platform in our China datacenter. Users may have had issues establishing sessions due to an incorrect certificate. The issue is resolved and normal operations have resumed.
