The Meta team has implemented a fix for this issue.
Some customers may have experienced issues managing their WABA accounts and phone numbers in their WhatsApp Manager or undeliverable callbacks, delays sending outbound messages and delayed inbound messages.
Also, customers may have experienced issues updating their WhatsApp Number profile via the Vonage Customer Dashboard. between 2022-12-26 07:13 UTC and 2022-12-28 15:15 UTC.
The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as: Messages API: WhatsApp Channel WhatsApp Manager Customer Dashboard (when updating WhatsApp profile)
We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
