The Voice API problem in US West region has been resolved.
The following services were impacted from 23-Jan-2021 10:08 UTC until 23-Jan-2021 11:17 UTC. Voice API
SIP trunking was unaffected.
All services have been restored. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as: Voice API
SIP trunking was unaffected.
