Engineering has identified the root-cause issue, and corrected the state of the service in order to allow it to catch-up on the delayed recordings upload. Service is recovering and we are moving this issue into monitoring.

Investigating

Our systems have alerted us of some recordings upload being delayed in APSE region since UTC 01:26. Engineering has already removed from rotation the faulty service to avoid any further impact on newly created recordings. Work is currently in progress to fix affected recordings.
