The problem with intermittent missing session monitoring events in the APAC region has been resolved.

Video API customers in our standard environment in the APAC region may have been impacted by intermittent missing session monitoring events between Aug 21 16:40 UTC until Aug 22 16:40 UTC. The services have been restored.

From approximately Aug 21 16:40 UTC until Aug 22 16:40 UTC, customers in our standard environment in APAC may have experienced intermittent missing session monitoring events. Our engineering team has corrected the issue and we are monitoring the situation to ensure there are no further missing session monitoring events.
