Investigating

We are currently observing Inbound SMS delivery degradation for messages sending from a subset of Long Virtual Numbers towards Canada Videotron. SMS and MMS MO/MT traffic towards and from Videotron Canada will be delayed or impacted.

We are working along with our partners to resolve the issue and will post an update as soon as more information becomes available.
