Between 03-08-2023 19:00 UTC and 03-08-2023 23:00 UTC, the operator Altel JSC and Tele2 will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform.

During this maintenance period, there may be difficulties delivering and receiving messages to subscribers of these operators. Delivery degradation with inconsistent delivery times during maintenance window.
