To maintain the highest quality and availability of our services, Vonage has scheduled a planned maintenance window for our SMS termination platform on January 29, 2025, from 12:00 UTC to 13:00 UTC. This maintenance will temporarily affect Outbound SMS traffic, Inbound SMS traffic, and delivery receipts to multiple networks in the countries listed below.

India
Indonesia
Pakistan
Myanmar
Nepal
Sri Lanka
Hongkong
Bangladesh

The service disruption is expected to last no more than 15 minutes.

During this maintenance window, message delivery to subscribers of various networks in the above mentioned countries may experience delays.
