Our engineering team has identified the issue that may be impacting your voice calling services for forwarded calls from non-Vonage numbers, and has applied initial mitigations.

We will continue to provide further updates every 8 hours, and once full service is restored.

Investigating

We have identified an issue where forwarded outbound call legs from non-Voange numbers to our carrier are being rejected due to SIP header issues. We are working to fully identify and address the issue. Please contact support if you notice issues with your calls.
