We will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on the EU and US RTC Servers handling the Voice traffic in EU-4 (EUC1) and US-4 (USW2) regions. During this time, the API requests and calls will be routed to EU-3 (EUW1) and US-3 (USE1) regions. Customers may briefly experience issues controlling calls via the API, but no disruption to ongoing calls is expected.
