Resolved

This issue has been resolved, some customers may have experienced SMS delivery failures during the impacted time.

The following services were impacted from [10-12-2024 14:39] UTC until [10-12-2024 15:27] UTC.

SMS API
Verify API
Messages API in the APAC region

All services have been restored.

Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the services impacted by SMS delivery, some customers may have experienced SMS delivery failures between 10-12-2024 14:39 UTC and 10-12-2024 15:27 UTC.

The list of services that were impacted has been confirmed as:
SMS API
Verify API
Messages API in the APAC region

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
