Investigating

Our monitoring has alerted us that there was an issue on one of our APAC server that impacted Voice calls on May 17th, 2023 at 8:05 UTC which resulted in voice calls being dropped. The impact was minimal got resolved immediately.

If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products: VAPI, SIP/PSIP

We are alerting customers in case they were impacted. However, the issue has been resolved now.
