A server that hosted Media Connection (Enterprise), Video Archiving (Enterprise) and Video Session Connection was in an unstable state in South America region from 2025-04-01 at 21:01:00 UTC to 2025-04-01 at 21:02:00 UTC. Some customers may have experienced session and connection failures during this period if they run across this server. The faulty instance was detected and removed from rotation.
