Resolved

The delays with streaming audio problem has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 09-Aug-2022 14:00 UTC until 22:24 UTC.

Traffic not using audio files have not been impacted.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
A post-mortem will be published in the next few days.

Monitoring

There were delays in streaming audio for many calls in London Datacenter. The issue started around 14:00 UTC on August 09, 2022. Because of a high number of stream action URLs, there was a high memory usage on one of the modules, causing the delay in audio streaming. Engineering has fixed the issue at 22:24 UTC on August 09, 2022, and the issue is being monitored.
