Monitoring

We have identified a brief problem in our Ireland (EU-3) data centre, causing a small number of calls to suddenly terminate.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as:
Voice API
In-App Voice

SIP Trunking calls were not impacted.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
