Archiving Server restarted in US-WEST-2

Incident Report for Vonage API Status

Resolved

At 10:01 AM UTC, an archiving server in our enterprise environment in US-WEST-2 rebooted. Some active archives on that server would have been failed at that time. The server was immediately taken out of service. The issue was resolved at 10:09 AM UTC.
