This incident has been resolved.

The WhatsApp messages services were impacted between 2024-06-20T21:33:00 to 2024-06-20T22:09 UTC.

Other channels from Messages API have not been impacted.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

A fix has been implemented for the affected issue that occurred from our Provider (Meta) which occurred between 2024-06-20T21:33:00 to 24-06-20T22:09 UTC

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with Messages API since 2024-06-20T21:33:00 UTC. We are seeing that only a few number of customers are affected and the affected customers will receive undeliverable callbacks when sending messages using the WhatsApp channel. We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.
