We are observing impact on overall traffic to Mexico.
Preregistered traffic to Telcel, AT&T and Movistar may suffer significant degradation.

Investigating

We have been informed by our suppliers about an issue affecting Telcel Mexico.

As a result of this issue outbound messages and preregistered traffic may be impacted. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
