The incident where some SMS have been rejected with error 2 in APAC region has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 14th July 2022 11:26 UTC to 14th July 2022 11:40 UTC

All services have been restored.

Monitoring

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform where some SMS have been rejected with error 2 in APAC region.
