The problem of Push notifications on Android Voice SDKs for the US region has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 2023-04-12 13:17:00 UTC until 2023-04-12 14:03:34 UTC.
Android Voice SDK

iOS SDK is not been impacted.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

Monitoring

We are no longer seeing failures with Push notifications on Android Voice SDKs.

Customers in the US region would have faces issues with Inbound call notifications on Android Voice SDK clients.

The following services were impacted from 2023-04-12 13:17:00 UTC to 2023-04-12 13:57:00 UTC:
Android Voice SDK

iOS SDK was not been impacted.

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Customers in the US region are currently experiencing problems impacting Push notifications on Android Voice SDK clients.

Users may not receive Inbound call notifications for Voice SDK clients using our Android SDKs.

The following services have been impacted from 2023-04-12 13:17:00 UTC:

iOS SDK is not been impacted.

We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.
