A fix has been implemented and this incident is resolved now.

Some customers in the EU data centre experienced an outbound SMS delay issue on 2023-09-04 between 14:59 and 15:05 UTC.

Investigating

Our monitoring has alerted us to a service issue with our SMS platform. There is a delay issue for outbound SMS for some customers in our EU data centre on 2023-09-04 since 14:59 UTC. We are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
