The incident impacting the SIP proxies in the APSE1 and APSE2 regions on the Voice API platform is now resolved.

Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for this issue. The issue impacted our SIP proxies in APSE1 and APSE2 and customer traffic is failed over to mitigate further impact.
The below list of services were impacted from 09-May-2024 14:25 UTC until 09-May-2024 14:52 UTC
SIP trunking
Voice API
We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Investigating

Our monitoring system has alerted us to a potential service issue in our Voice platform in the APAC(apse1/apse2) regions.

Although it is not yet certain whether there is any customer impact, we are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
