To ensure the highest standards and availability of our services, Vonage is scheduling a maintenance window on our SMS termination platform on 05-Dec-2023 between 17:30 UTC to 18:00 UTC, which will impact Inbound and Outbound SMS traffic towards all Indian networks.

Traffic impact during the maintenance window:

a) Total loss of service during the maintenance on SMS Inbound and SMS Outbound traffic towards India when sending via Indian Short Codes.
b) Loss of SMS Inbound traffic on Indian Long Virtual Numbers.
