Upon further tests we can confirm delivery of alpha brands is not affected, only delivery reports are delayed or missing

We are currently observing SMS delivery degradation towards Philippines Globe Telecom. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue and will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
