Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the Voice API(Talk action), Verify API for Voice calls issues in Virginia (us-3)region.

The list of services that were impacted have been confirmed as:
Voice API(Talk action), Verify API for Voice calls

Verify API with SMS is not impacted.

We encountered intermittent failures between 14th February 13:00:05 UTC and 14th February 16:46:05 UTC

We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

We have identified the root cause of the Voice API(Talk action), Verify API for Voice calls issues in Virginia (us-3)region.

We are currently working on getting the issue fixed and will post further updates here.

Customers are currently experiencing problems impacting Voice API(Talk action), Verify API for Voice calls in Virginia (us-3)region.

Users may see intermittent failures when Talk action with Voice API, Verify API for Voice calls.

Verify API with SMS is not impacted.

We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.

Customers are currently experiencing problems impacting Voice API(input action for speech), Verify API and TTS issues in US East region.

Users may see intermittent failures when Talk action with Voice API, Verify API and Legacy TTS

We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.
