Summary

We observed a loss of reach for 10DLC numbers for all US networks (Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile). Our supplier was notified and issued a fix.

During the incident, outbound SMS messages sent from 10DLC numbers in the United States were delayed or not delivered.

Outage at supplier’s endpoint. We will have more info shortly.
