Between 08:00 and 11:00 (UTC) on the 18th May 2023, one of our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform.

During the maintenance window, you may experience SMS Inbound, Outbound and Delivery receipt delays for as subset of messages using Short Codes. In the unlikely event of a disruption to the service, messages will be queued by the carrier for delivery once the maintenance has been completed.
