Between 01-Oct-2024 10:00 UTC and 03-Oct-2024 17:00 UTC we will be performing an upgrade of the infrastructure running the WhatsApp On-Premise clients.

During this time customers may see increased delivery latency, up to 5 minutes, for messages sent via the WhatsApp channel if sent from On-Premises numbers.

The upgrade will be executed in batches, therefore the impact per each number will be limited to only the time while the batch containing the number is processed (5 mins).

There is no impact expected for WhatsApp Cloud API numbers or any other messaging channel.
