Between 2024/07/13 00:00 UTC and Jul 13 08h19 UTC, customers would have experienced connectivity problems to our EU-Proxy. As a result, Users making use of the EU-Proxy would not have been able to connect. The issue has been resolved now. Please reach out to support@api.vonage.com if you have any further questions.
