One Server was in an unstable state in AP-SOUTH region from 2025-06-08T16:20:00.000+0000 UTC to 2025-06-08T16:22:00.000+0000 UTC. Some customers may have experienced failures with some ongoing sip calls during this period if they run across these servers. The faulty instances were detected and removed from rotation. We have since implemented additional safeguards to help prevent similar issues from occurring. For any additional questions, please contact support at support@api.vonage.com
