Our monitoring system alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform between 20:19 UTC and 21:04 UTC.

Although the customer impact is not yet confirmed, we are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate the issue.

If any customer impact occurred, it would affect SIP Interconnect services in the US-East region. SIP calls initiated during this period may not have received media.

All services have been restored now.
