Customers may have experienced issues with email delivery via the Verify v2 API between 01:08 and 01:45 UTC on 21st June.

Customers may have experienced delays in email delivery during this period, which could have caused Verify v2 requests using email as the channel to expire or be cancelled.

All services have since been fully restored, and email delivery is functioning normally.
